- Monthly Subscriptions: Refundable within 7 days of purchase.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refundable within 30 days of purchase (prorated after 7 days).
- Free Trials: No charge if canceled before trial ends.
B. One-Time Purchases
- One-Time Recordings/Features: Non-refundable once processing is complete (e.g., pay-per-recording).
- Bulk Credits: Refundable if unused within 14 days of purchase.
C. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial use of a subscription (e.g., 10/30 days used).
- File conversion errors due to unsupported formats or corrupted uploads.
- Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud).
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:

- Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
- Refund Method:
- Credits will return to your original payment method.

4. Prorated Refunds (Annual Plans Only)
If you cancel an annual subscription after the initial refund period:
- You'll receive a prorated refund based on unused months.
- Example: If you cancel after 4 months, you're refunded for the remaining 8 months.
